1. All the students are required to be punctual and are not allowed to miss classes without genuine reason and without written permission from the class teacher and Principal, Nursing Training School.
2.  Students must obey rules and regulations.
3.  Any student having sickness while on leave must inform the School authority in writing.
4.  Nobody can be allowed to engage/participate in any other business during this course.
5. In case of breakage/loss of the hospital or college property management reserves the right to impose an exemplary penalty either individually or collectively to present recurrence.
6.  Once the fee is paid will not be refundable.
7.  Students withdrawing their admission in the middle of the course will have to pay the entire course fee.
8. University fees are subject to change as per notification.
9. Students whose conduct or attendance or progress is unsatisfactory will not be allowed to appear for the Nursing Council Examination or if anyone fails in nursing council examinations in any year, as the student has to repeat for 6 months, she will have to pay extra fee Rs. 60,000/-. These changes may be revised with prior information for subsequent years.
10.  Students are required to carry their identity cards on their person outside the hostel
11.  Students are strictly prohibited from getting involved in outside activities.
12. Use of mobile phones, gold ornaments, and electrical items are strictly prohibited.
13.  The parents/guardian can visit their wards on Sunday only between 9 AM to 3 PM They have to submit their details with ID Proof during admission authorized persons are only permitted to visit the students during visitor’s day.
14. Ragging in any form is prohibited.
15. Original certificates will be returned at the time of leaving the college.

Students must live in the Nurse Hostel located on the College campus or another place. Students must abide by the rules and regulations prescribed by the authorities and help in creating a home away from home. Failure to do so will lead to disciplinary action including withdrawal of hostel facilities.

1.  Students are responsible for the care of furniture in the for the clean their own rooms.
2. Consideration of others is essential for happy living. Every student’s responsibility for helping to keep the common room as well as toilets and washrooms clean.
3. While living rooms, all the students check lights, fans etc. are switch off
4.  Students are not allowed to bring any Valuable and jewellery etc. in hostel.
5.  Students are responsible to see that their room is properly locked and safely kept when living them.
6.  All meals must be taken in the dining room and at proper time.
7. When a student is sick while off duty or on duty, she must inform warden on duty even in the night time also.
8. Ragging is strictly prohibited, if anyone found guilty will be punished. Information regarding anti-ragging committee and the numbers are available at hostel as well as Nursing Training College / School.
9.  Students using the library must sign the book provided. This is very necessary.
10.  All students must seek permission from the principal before leaving for the outstation.
11. Students will go home with written permission from the authority and the back guardian’s signature.
12. Students should come back from leave within the scheduled time.

1. Duly attested Xerox Eight copies of the Mark Sheet, Admit Card, and Certificate of Secondary/Madhyamik examination.
2. Duly attested Xerox Eight copies of the Mark Sheet. Admit card and Certificate of H.S. or equivalent examination.
3. Eight copies of Passport size photo duly attested to be submitted.
4. School leaving/Transfer certificate from last school or college (original)
5. Residential certificate from the local authority.
6. Any documents of extracurricular activity.
7. Entrance Exam Rank Card Required.
8. Cast Certificate (if required)
9. Cancellation of Admission/Selection –
   a) Suppression of information.
   b) Supply of False information.
   c) Misconduct or any type of crime.

b) Blood Reports for TC, DC, Hb% & ESR,
